Quality Management System Portal

The Team are currently looking to build a fully automated Quality Portal to be the foundation of a functional
Quality Management System (QMS), with all the structure and guidance in place to navigate any organisation
looking to become AS/NZ ISO 9001 certified.

ILS Centre of Excellence

To create a well defined and developed Centre of Excellence (COE) to be the goldmine necessary
to tackle any unique ILS challenge. Our intent is to create a treasure trove of best practice reusable material
including processes, templates and artefacts, all of which are to be subject to a retrospective process for continuous
improvement and learning.

ILS Training

In alignment with the COE development, our intent is to develop comprehensive training in fundamental ILS areas including Constituent Capabilities, Support Systems, Logistics Support Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis, Life Cycle Costing, and
Reliability Availability and Maintainability.
